We offer professional scanning at an affordable price (see pricing table). With included enhancements such as dust removal, scratch reduction, color and lighting enhancements, your pictures come out better than they went in!
Standard Enhancements: (Included)
We know pictures go through a lot over the years. Included in our basic package are several enhancements to restore and even enhance the digitized scan to look as good if not better than the original paper copy.
- Dust before scan. It doesn't take long for pictures to get dusty. Dust can reduce the quality of a scan, and can cause a grainy and speckled look to a photograph. Since we go through each individual picture when we're processing the scan anyway, why not have us take care of any dust hindrances as well.
- Scratch reduction. Pictures that are handled often, put in photo albums, or pressed with other pictures usually develop scratches. Since our scanning equipment duplicates the picture, these scratches can be carried over as well. Our scratch reduction puts each picture through our software which will reduce, if not rid each digital copy of scratches altogether.
- Illumination. Conventional and digital cameras still struggle in poor lighting. With this feature we are able to enhance the brightness and contrast for a clearer, easier to see digital photo.
- Fade Correction. It's inevitable that pictures will fade given enough time despite any measures we take to prevent it. This feature will correct fading in the digital copy restoring your picture to it's clearer, vibrant, former state.
Extras: (Prices below)
- Organization. Many have arrange their photos just the way they like them using, folders, boxes, envelopes, etc.. With this feature we replicate that same organization onto the computer. Instead of all scans going into the same place, they all are put in respective folders on the digital media mimicking the organization we receive them in. For example, if you had 3 envelopes, say a wedding, birthday, and retirement envelope. Instead of all pictures being scanned into the same folder, there would be a separate folder for each. Folder 1 would have all the pictures from the wedding envelope in it, folder 2 would have all the pictures from the birthday envelope in it, etc...
- Labeling. Labeling is the next step in organization. If you've labeled your pictures, or envelopes, we too can label the folders, and file names to reflect those. For example, if you labeled the wedding envelope as 'John's Wedding' we would put all the photos from that envelope in a folder on the storage device labeled 'John's Wedding'. We even offer to label each file name to reflect what might be written on the picture, (back of picture, above picture, etc..).
- Increased Resolution. With the latest in DPI technology we can increase the resolution of the scan on each picture to increase size and the amount of detail picked up. Maybe you will notice things you didn't see before.
Even More Extras: (Call for pricing)
- Damage Correction. Having the latest in photo editing software, our staff members are experienced in repairing photos that may have seemed beyond repair. If you have an old photo that has undertaken some damage such as tears, stains, fading, etc... we may be able to help!
- Cropping. Need to resize or size down a photograph. Maybe remove some unwanted background, or zoom in on, or center on a someone.
- In-Depth Dust/Particle Removal. Spots often show up in some older photography as a result of the flash technology of the time, in other cases it's simply a result of damage over time. Either way they can be corrected by manual removal from our technicians.

We offer several different types of storage. Unless specified by the customer, the storage we use depends on the amount of storage required.
