Computer Warranty

We want you to have peace of mind with our products and services so we offer warranties on both. As you may have already read in our computer sales section we offer a 2 year warranty on all new computers, both parts and labor. Since we use quality parts, many of the parts carry a manufacturer's warranty that continues for a few years after that. In order for items to be returned under warranty all original parts, paperwork, software, and boxes that came with your new PC or equipment must be included along with the defective equipment. Save


If your warranty with us has expired but you would like our assistance in returning equipment to it's manufacturer for refund or replacement, we can help. We do charge a fee to do this however, so weigh out your options to see if it would be more beneficial and simple for you to return the equipment yourself. Some equipment however, such as a motherboard or a video card may require some technical knowledge on how to uninstall and reinstall them successfully.


If an item, product, or service rendered is damaged, broken, or dysfunctional due to negligence, misuse, mistreatment, or appears to have been done intentionally, all warranties are void. Our warranties are specific to any defects found in products, both hardware and software, and do not cover any other cause of fault in service and/or equipment. If in any case the item is rejected by the manufacturer also carrying a warranty on the item, the said item's warranty is also denied by us. Reasons for such a warranty denial could be a result of, but not limited to, reasons such as those listed in this paragraph.
