Cost & Rates

We offer very competitive hourly rates and most work we charge by the hour. Please contact us for our current rates. We try to be as accurate as we can in giving estimates on roughly how long a task may take, however there are many variables that cannot always be forseen that can change the amount of time something takes. Therefore our estimates are rough estimates and are not guaranteed, nor are they a contract. We also like to keep you updated and informed on what we are doing as we believe it's fair for you to know what you are paying for. If a project is going to take considerably longer than a given estimate we like to keep you apprised of that as well.

We expect payment in full at time of service completion unless another agreement has been made. If a job will take more than one day we expect payment for services rendered each day unless another agreement has been made.

In addition to in-shop work we also offer on-site service. There is no need for you to bring your computer to us, we come to you free of charge within a 30 minute response time from Port Angeles, WA. (Basically from the east Clallam County limits near Diamond Point rd, all the way out to Joyce.) If you live farther away than 30 minutes we do begin charging our normal hourly rate but only after the first 30 minutes is up.

New computer cost estimates are good for 7 days, after that the estimate expires. Because of our small markup margin, and the rapid fluctuation of the technological market we cannot extend estimates beyond 7 days. Because we build computers to order we do require payment up front once a computer and price are agreed upon, and a sale is made.

The costs and rates listed herein and elsewhere on our website are subject to change without notice. We try to keep our site up to date, however to ensure you get an accurate rate/estimate please contact us.

If you have questions regarding our pricing please let us know. Our pricing is very basic, there are no hidden or deceptive fees. We are very open and are happy to discuss any and all details of your transaction.
